Print and post: a great feature you might not be using

Lauren Burgess

Emails are pretty much the standard these days when it comes to businesses communicating with their customers. Some have also embraced text messaging, and others still have found social media to be their best channel for engagement. With all these options, it’s easy to forget that so many people still prefer to receive their notifications via letter.

At Commusoft, we know that you like to have options for getting in touch with your customers. Whilst we can’t produce witty tweets to fill your social feed, we can certainly help you get important reminders and documents to your customers through the mail.

Manually printing, filling and sending letters can be very time consuming, so many fast-paced businesses have phased out the process in favour of instant (and indeed, free) communication like email. However, even in our always-connected world, you will occasionally find customers who simply don’t have email addresses. This can be for a variety of reasons, but often it will be older people who never saw a need for them. In these cases, there’s really nothing better than a good, old-fashioned letter.

Commusoft’s print and post is a great feature that many businesses aren’t taking advantage of yet. For just 65p + VAT for one sheet, we’ll take care of printing, stuffing and posting your letters anywhere in the UK.

Costs and billing

In order to access the print and post feature, you will need to purchase credits. You can purchase these in bundles which will automatically renew when you've used half of your credits, this way, you'll never run out at an inopportune moment.

You will receive a separate invoice for this which will be sent to you along with your package invoice (eg Paperless Office). You will also be able to view it through your billing page on the Commusoft app.
