Manually completing gas certificates is time consuming and it’s all too easy for things to go wrong. Duplicate certificate pads become dirty and dog-eared in the van and the completed certificates can be difficult to understand because of unclear handwriting, mistakes or shorthand.
Our certificate feature allows you to create digital versions of certificates by filling out defined fields via the mobile application and having the customer sign off on the work with digital signature capture. Branded PDFs are then automatically generated and become available through the web app. They can be attached to emails and instantly sent out, meaning your customers don’t need to wait around for physical copies. We already support several gas certificates through Commusoft, and we’re always looking to expand this to further increase its value to gas businesses.
Thanks to our newly-created certificate template builder, we’re proud to say that the Plant Commissioning/Servicing Record (CP15) certificate is now available to all Commusoft users who have indicated that they work in the gas industry. CP15 certificates are used to record details of non-domestic gas appliance commissioning/maintenance work and are commonplace for gas businesses that perform work for other businesses and institutions.
