We mentioned recently another exciting communications integration that we've been developing - Office 365. This, similarly to our Gmail integration, was developed in order to cut back on admin work, save you the trouble of bouncing from program to program, and avoid having to learn any tricky new software. After all, you don't want to spend hours going through the SMTP set up if you don't need to, do you?
Well, we're happy to announce that this integration is now officially live and available on all our plans!

We understand that SMTP can be quite tricky to set up and manage, especially with things like password changes (although if you would prefer the SMTP setup, here's a great video from Hannah on just that.)
This was one of the primary reasons we developed our email integrations - you already know Office 365 like the back of your hand. No muss, no fuss, just a very quick setup process through Commusoft and the two systems will be able to connect easily and efficiently, meaning there's no learning curve whatsoever for you and/or your employees!
This integration totally eliminates administrative difficulties by allowing you to use your very own email account. Utilising software you're already familiar with and use on a regular basis has massive benefits in terms of speed and also enables users that may be new to Commusoft to bypass any additional training they may require to utilise the email communications..

As you can see from the screenshot above, you'll be able to set this connection up in literally seconds from your system's setting with absolutely no limit on how many separate email addresses you'd like to integrate with your account. Just a few clicks of your mouse and you'll be ready to rock 'n roll.
