We've devoted ourselves to giving clients all the information they need, when they need it. That's why we've created a new status page: status.commusoft.com.
Even if the Commusoft Team is offline, you’ll be able to keep up-to-date with any planned maintenance, performance-related issues, and will get notified of any server disruptions, 24/7, 365 days a year.

Why did we change it?
The new page is much more detailed and will show the data centres for both the UK and US. Each data centre now has a drop-down menu where you will be able to see the status of the web application, integrations and support. In addition, each bar provides clear information of any disruption and you will be able to pinpoint the date of any problems. The last 90 days of status information will also be available to view. This sort of transparency is vital to helping your business operate smoothly.
At the bottom of the screen, you can click ‘show incident history’ to see a detailed overview of any event. This will show you that Commusoft is investigating and how long it took to be resolved.
On top of that, we've made it easier for you and your team to stay up-to-date. You are able to subscribe in a number of ways, through email, Microsoft Teams and through a feed via RSS or Atom. Also, to make sure you receive updates, we have already automatically subscribed all main company emails located in Company settings > Company details for accounts created as of 20th Feb 2022. We would also advise you to add key members of your team to the subscriber list, which can be done here.
As both the UK and the US data centres are shown individually, the domain has now changed to .com. But don't worry: if you type in .co.uk you will be diverted to the new page.
