Removal of access to Company & System settings from the mobile apps

We have recently made the decision to remove access to Company and System settings on the Mobile application. This will mean you will no longer be able to access any of these settings using the mobile app. Don't worry, you’ll continue to have access to these settings on the web application.

If you currently use the mobile app to access these settings, we wanted to let you know in advance so that you have plenty of time to adjust any processes to start using the web app for accessing settings. This has always been our recommended and advised usage. 

From the 7th of March 2022 access to these settings via the mobile app will be removed.

Why are we doing this?

These are necessary changes that we have to make to lay the foundations for future development and expansion of the mobile app, think of it as future-proofing so that the app can become much more than it already is! 

The mobile app is an extension of the core system and as such, we believe configuration, edits and updates to settings should be actioned on the web application, which offers greater functionality and visibility for proper evaluation of your account needs.
