Introducing the PartsArena Pro integration

Lauren Burgess

As much as they’d love to, your gas engineers don’t have an encyclopedic knowledge of all the parts that goes into every appliance they come across. It’s a real pain arriving at a job, brimming with confidence, and being totally stumped when it comes to identifying the part causing your customer’s problem.

The PartsArena Pro app developed by Infomill gives engineers the power to identify the issue and problem part in moments. With an enormous collection of technical manuals, exploded diagrams and parts number lists, your engineers will have access to all the information they need to speed through fixes and request new parts.

We’re proud to announce that PartsArena Pro subscribers can now access the PartsArena Pro information database through their Commusoft mobile app. It’s then simply a case of viewing the diagram or parts list from your chosen appliance, selecting the parts you need, requesting and ordering them. With our invoicing and payment features, you can take care of the whole process from start to finish with Commusoft. If you want a refresher of how parts works on Commusoft, take a look at our parts webinar.

Both Android and iOS devices now support this fantastic new integration.

We're hoping that this exciting partnership will smooth the experience of identifying and ordering parts for your engineers, and introduce a whole host of current PartsArena Pro users to the power of Commusoft's field service business management software.

We urge you to sign up for our upcoming webinar (Tuesday October 12th 2017) where we'll be exploring the value of this new integration and providing you with an in-depth tutorial that demonstrates how you can get the most out of PartsArena Pro through your Commusoft app.

You'll have the opportunity to ask Alison Chappell, Strategic Development Manager for Infomill and Jason Morjaria, founder of Commusoft, any questions you may have about using the integration. We look forward to hearing from you!
