Saying it's been a tough year for all of us would be a colossal understatement. 2020 has been a series of unfortunate events one after the other, and we've all been forced to change and adapt to new ways of shopping, socialising and, yes, working. Here at Commusoft we've been in the same boat as many of you, working from home as much as possible and pulling together as a company to support one another and continue to support our customers as best we can.
That being said, the festive period is finally upon us! Whether or not you celebrate over the holiday period or simply take time to yourself over the bank holidays, I think it's fair to say we've all earned a bit of a break!
When you can reach us over the next few weeks...
Like many of you, our team is going to be getting some well-deserved rest toward the end of the year, and we felt it best to give you all a heads up on exactly when we'll be around (or not) so you guys can plan accordingly.
We'll be open as-per usual right up till' the 24th of December. On the 24th, our phone lines will be closing at 1pm as opposed to our normal 5pm.
Following this, we will be closed on both the 25th and the replacement bank holiday on the 28th.
We'll be back open with normal hours once again on the 29th and will remain so over the 30th and 31st, before being closed once more on the 1st for New Years. Finally, from the 4th we will be back open as normal once more!
You will still be able to send emails in to us over this period, however, do take into account the necessary delays in replies over the course of the days when our customer support and sales teams will be off.
