At Commusoft, we pride ourselves on our dedication to providing fast, effective support to all of our customers. Our experienced team of support technicians work diligently to ensure that everyone using Commusoft can access our knowledge as easily as possible.

We are extremely proud of our support email option. If you're not in a position to give us a call you can always just drop an email through to our support channel. On average our support team will pick up and respond to your email in under half an hour, ensuring you're not waiting on support even if you aren't able to ring in. Email is a great way to keep a record of any support queries you've had in the past so you can refer back to it should you ever need to. You can reach us at support@commusoft.co.uk.

A large part of our support is delivered over the telephone. Any customer whose plan includes telephone support will be able to call us at their convenience between 9am and 5pm, so they can have a chat with a member of our support team. On average, our team will be able to respond immediately, but any issues that can't immediately be handled over the phone will be prioritised and you will be called or emailed as soon as the issue is resolved. If the issue is handled directly over the phone, you will still receive an email summarising the issue and any steps taken to rectify it. You can reach our support line on 0203 0266 266 (option 2).

In the immortal words of Steven Seagal - "Give a man a fish, and you'll feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you've fed him for a lifetime".

It can often be beneficial to get a more in-depth explanation about an issue or question you've had concerning Commusoft. We offer comprehensive training packages to any customers that want to hone their skills, expand their knowledge of the software or train up new employees that may not have had a chance to be trained up on Commusoft initially.

We offer three different training packages. Our 'Basic' package provides three hours of training over the course of as many weeks. This is ideal if you have specific focus points you'd like to concentrate on and sharpen up. On our 'Advanced' package, you get six hours of training over six weeks. This is great if you're after an in-depth once over with the entire system and enough time to practice between sessions. Finally our 'Advanced Consultation' package provides you with eight hours of training over eight weeks as well as a follow-up call after ten weeks and four quarterly calls just to check in. This is perfect for training up new staff to be Commusoft super users!
