Hey there all you cool cats and kittens! Like most people these past several weeks (though it does feel much longer!), we've been hard at work as per usual here at Commusoft. The whole team are really pulling together and trying to make as many improvements to the system as we can during these trying times. Aside from our new app that I'm sure you're all aware of, we've got plenty more in store this week and in the very near future so keep your eyes peeled!
For now, have a read below about our new notifications feature, our brand new certificates and even a possible new integration on the horizon...
Those Pesky Notifications:
Are you a little tired or frustrated with having to mark off all your notifications? Fair enough, so are we! By very (very) popular demand, we’ve updated our notifications feature so you can clear all those pesky notifications en masse! No more opening up a hundred tabs to try and get rid of them in one fell swoop.
Now, you can simply scroll through at your leisure and tick the individual notifications you want to clear if you fancy working through them in batches, or just use the ‘Mark all notifications as complete’ button to do just that. You’re welcome!
Even more Certificates!
We’ve also added a couple more certificates to our ever-growing list! We scour the internet and keep up to date on industry developments and changes to ensure we’re always providing you guys with any customers you may need! If you feel like you’re missing out on certain certificates, it could be that you simply don’t have the right industries set up on your account so just get in touch with support (email@example.com) and we can sort you right out!
Our most recent certificates are the Emergency lighting completion certificate, the Combined pressure test record, and, last but not least, the Domestic unvented hot water storage vessel commissioning/inspection record (phew!).
A little tweak to Invoicing:
We’ve made the invoicing page even more inclusive! When you ‘View’ an invoice within the system, you will now be able to see exactly who it will be sent to (right side).
This little inclusive feature change just means you can have everything nice and clear in front of you at all times when you’re going over your invoices.
Is that an Integration I see...?
We’re also tremendously excited to announce that we’ve recently been in touch regarding a possible integration with Fixflo: a fantastic company that provide a reporting tool to allow your customers to quickly, easily and efficiently report their issues to you as well as having developed a workflow to process and manage these requests equally efficiently!
