How was Commusoft’s user-friendliness judged?
To create the top 20 list, Capterra tested field service management software on eight different tasks:
- Add an engineer
- Create a customer
- Create and send an estimate
- Create a job
- Schedule and assign an engineer to a job
- Add an item to the inventory
- Record time worked
- Invoice a customer
The ease and user-friendliness of these tasks was judged on task completion time, clicks to complete task and the system usability score (a questionnaire that measures perceived ease of use.) We were also judged on our client services which include software implementation, training and product support. Finally, they took a look at all the reviews for Commusoft and paid close attention to any specifically referencing its user-friendliness.
As a result of these tests and product analysis, we earned a spot on the list among some of the most established and respected job management software providers in the world.
